We are back with night three of Marnie's Wine Club and this time around we are heading to Galicia! Tucked away in the North-West corner of Spain, this hidden gem is best known for its natural beauty, lush greenery and of course, its food and wine.

Expect a couple of different styles of the ever popular grape, Albariño, as well as some of the native varieties that make this region and its wine so special. Galicia is a real hotspot for great seafood so we have curated a food menu full of those coastal classics to order from throughout the night!

SIFIR

Sifır is a new pop up collaboration between chef Alison Clare & Barbaros Tanc (Cafe Rust). Sifir is about cooking traditional Turkish dishes using sustainably sourced ingredients with a no-waste approach. The best local and regional produce paired with select dry ingredients from Karin & Barbaros' upcoming trip to Türkiye.

Meze - Allotment vine leaf & Turkish raisin dolma/Foraged chicken-of-the-woods manti, Braised white bean with Nutbourne tomato, Pan-fried Nuthurst farm offal, Turkish spices (optional), Einkorn sourdough

The first evening will be exploring Austrian Wines, the different regions and styles that showcase, what Austrian wine making has to offer.
